VILLAGE OF HOLIDAY LAKE POA
The Village of Holiday Lake is a waterfront community in beautiful southwest Florida. Located in Charlotte County, our friendly neighborhood consists of 551 manufactured homes on 247 acres, with a man-made lake in the center. The Butterford Waterway borders the south end of the Village and connects to Charlotte Harbor through a lock system. Residents may launch their boats from the private ramp or apply for one of the 28 slips. The Village is within a few miles of multiple beaches and world-class golf courses, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment nearby. Our residents enjoy an active recreational calendar during the season and resort amenities year-round.

Amazing VHL Race
Join us for the Amazing VHL Race on Sunday Mar 8.
The race starts at 1:00 and players will be traveling all over VHL to solve clues and perform challenges.
The cost per player is $5 and each team can have up to 4 players. There is a sign-up sheet on the Rec Hall bulletin board for the players. Designate one person to be the Team Lead (must have a phone to use for clues, etc.) and then also list the names of the other players on your team so we know how many players will be competing.
After the race there will be an Awards Ceremony starting at 5:00.
The Tree & Landscape Committee is offering a dinner that includes a pulled pork sandwich, chips, cole slaw, dessert, and a beverage for $10 per person. Tickets on sale before the Wednesday coffee meetings.
Make sure your golf cart is fully charged before this race!
Even if you are not competing in the race join us for fun and dinner at the Awards Ceremony.
Several cash prizes will be awarded and the remaining funds will be donated to the Tree and Landscape Committee (TLC).

The Village of Holiday Lake POA Welcomes New Residents
Whether you are looking for a seasonal home or a full-time community, the Village of Holiday Lake welcomes you! We want to make it as easy as possible to join our community, and this website is designed to help. Let us know if there is something you would like to see added for information and convenience.
There are many social events at the Village of Holiday Lake, and event dates can be found in our monthly newsletter, The Voice, as well as in our posted calendar of events, below.
The current monthly POA maintenance fee at the Village is $150 and is due on the first day of each month.
